Careers at Red Oak.

The Red Oak Packaging Success Story. Make it Yours.

At the end of World War II, U.S. Navy veteran Charlie Cioppa entered into the photo engraving industry as an employee of Ace Photo Engraving. In 1963 Charlie started his own engraving business, later turning it into a pre-press business. He ultimately passed the business on to his son Chuck, who will ultimately pass it on to his sons. Chuck named his stellar business Four Star Color. As the company evolved into a Folding Carton Printer, his sons urged him to change the name to Red Oak Packaging.

At nearly 55 years old, by all accounts, Red Oak is an incredible success story!
